Newlands Roofing have an excellent record in health and safety because we take the safety of our employees, customers and the public very seriously and work pro actively to ensure we are working in the safest way possible. Working at height does involve risks, each of which must be identified, managed and systems put in place to remove risk to an acceptable level.
All of our employees are provided with PPI (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times. Use of this equipment is enforced. We operate a strict health and safety policy, which is updated regularly in line with regulations, as set out by the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) and industry standards. This is available for inspection upon request.
The safety of your property is of course a priority and we ensure that any potentially risky procedures e.g. hot works are carried out by a fully trained operative, following strict, safe and agreed procedures and using all of the required and appropriate technical and safety equipment. We are of course fully insured in the unlikely incident of an accident.
“How pleased I was by your staff – how polite and tidy in cleaning up after the job was done. I thank you for the excellent service” B. Young, Giffnock
